Chris Dreyer, originally from Itasca, Illinois was first trained to paint while studying with award winning artist Marie Burton in grade school. He has continued to expand his art by studying graphic design, advertising and illustration at Southern Illinois University - Carbondale. While working in Illinois, Chris has designed in agencies, as a freelance designer / illustrator and even started Dreyer Design, Inc., using additional designers to keep up with his many creative projects.
Since 1990 Chris and Dreyer Design, Inc. has called Wisconsin home. The natural beauty of living in the Wisconsin River Valley has been the inspiration that motivates him to create. This natural beauty has been the center of his artwork and many illustrations.
