Getting to Know Watercolor with Chris Dreyer
Location: Portage United Methodist Church

Time: 1 – 3:00 pm

Watercolor Workshops are now forming
I will be offering Saturday morning workshops at my home studio in Caledonia Township.
- Class size of only 2-5 to allow more individual instruction
- 3 hours long (9 am – noon)
- Dates: Saturday’s (9 am – noon) October 1st, 15th, November 5th, 19th
The cost will only be $20 per each class.
I hope this fits easily into your schedules. Feel free to enjoy more than one class. I intend to teach different subjects and techniques at each class, keeping it fresh even if you have had my classes in the past.
The subjects I will focus on are:
- Florals
- Landscapes (rural and city)
- If you have a subject you want to paint, I will help you paint it through to completion
Additional areas of focus, demonstrations, and techniques:
- Color
- Value Study
- Washes, glazing, wet in wet, dry brush, lifting off dropping in color
- Mixed Media (watercolor with pencil or pen & ink)
- Hand painted Christmas cards or note cards
- Matting & framing

Arts Center of Coastal Carolina - February & March 2012
Classes are Tuesday mornings 10 am to noon (February 28th - March 27th).
Youth watercolor workshops will meet Saturday in March - time TBD
